• Without signs of use
• With original packaging
The company reserves the right to reject returns if conditions are not met.

• Within 14 business days after return acceptance

4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:

5. Defective products

6. Workshops – cancellation
Cancellation policy:
• Cancellation up to 14 days → 80% refund
• Cancellation 7–13 days → 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days → no mandatory refund
The company may offer transfer to another workshop date.
Failure of the participant to attend the workshop without prior cancellation is considered a waiver of the right to refund.

7. Artistic nature of products
Customer accepts that:
• Artistic evaluation is subjective
• Small aesthetic variations are not defects
• Color, texture or design details may differ from photos
Defect determination is made by the company.
